Your bike gets fixed right and on time, and Donnie's staff provides a no-nonsense approach to problem diagnosis and repair. Well worth the ride to Winchester. "My Hyper came home from DucPond after getting new keys, a thorough going over and getting the suspension tweaked to lower the seat a bit. Donnie and crew did a great job and saved me a fortune on the key conversion, which could have cost $2K. The bike runs great;its much easier to get on and off of now , I can flat foot it now and turn in is much crisper.
Thanks big time to Eric for taking it out there on the way to the

"I purchased my then new, 2007 1098 from Duc Pond and last year decided that I wanted to do a little racing at 40 years old. I basically just went racing with my mostly stock bike. Over the winter I had Duc Pond do the necessary services and ask Donnie to set my suspension up for me. He know from previous track days what my riding style was and what problems I was facing with my current set up. He suggested radical changes that had me a little bit scared the first time out. He clearly knows what he is doing as I knocked 2 seconds a lap off my best times at VIR on my first event since having winter off. I could not be happier!"

"Hey fellas, Just want to thank you for the excellent service experience I had a few months back. I brought my 2007 Monster S4R in for a dyno run and Donnie noticed something was up while riding it around back. The bike had run like that since new, so I had no idea... just figured Ducati's were a little rough around the edges. Since the ECU change, the bike has been a dream. I never realized how much power/smoothness I was really missing out on. I live about 2 minutes from (Competing Dealer) but will continue to trek out to Winchester for the best in the business. "I bought a pre-owned Multi from DucPond in June. I had my heart set on the 620 and was apprehensive about buying a 4 year old bike. All my concerns vanished once I met Donnie and his attention to detail. He made all necessary repairs / adjustments without charge. Chad was great to work with, was very patient with all my questions. I've been riding the Multi now for over 6 months every day with absolutely no complaints. To top it off the price was substantially less than what I was finding online at similar models. These guys are great and they have a customer for life now."

"Thanks again Donnie! I appreciate you servicing my bike on such short notice. The ride back to MD was exponentially better than the ride to your shop; with my limited experience of superbikes I didn't realize how much the bike was fighting me. Now everything just feels much better, for lack of a better way to describe it... there even seems to be more power! That's how much of a difference your set-up made. The rear is still a bit stiff (like you said it would be) but the front end is worlds of improvement. I'll be back for a full adjustment with new springs when I can afford it, and maybe some other aftermarket bits as well. See you later!"
