"I have brought my 2010 Ducati GT1000 Sportclassic in for service at Ducati Winchester twice since 2013, once for the 7500 mile service, and recently for an annual service and some suspension work. Both times, Bill and the crew at DucPond have done a masterful job of servicing the bike and recommending upgrades that have transformed my already good GT1000 in to a much more pleasurable bike to ride. The Michelin Pilot Road 2 tires that Nate recommended were a spot-on choice. They have worn well, and the handling is greatly improved. This year, I had new YSS 3-way adjustable rear shocks and some new front fork springs installed that Nate recommended. The stock OEM rear shocks were only adjustable for preload, and the front forks were not adjustable at all. Donnie Unger set the suspension up for my weight, and the bikes' ride and handling was transformed! I could not be happier with the expert service I've received on my Ducati at DucPond! "

"2013 Diavel - 30,000 miles and 13 months later In May 2013, I bought a new 2013 Diavel Chromo from Winchester Ducati. Since then, I have accumulated just over 30,000 miles in 13 months. This mileage consists of daily commutes, long weekend trips, and a 9776-mile cross-country trip. Over this mileage, the bike has been mechanically flawless, always starting right up on demand, with the motor delivering turbine-like power and spooling it out as though it were limitless. "I've had some great buying experiences and Duc Pond tops them all. Chad was patient and informative. More importantly, he was expert when he needed to be but understanding of a new-to-Ducati rider otherwise.
