				Project DS 1000 R We started with a DS 1000 SS and sripped it the the frame. The rear of the frame was removed and replaced with a aluminum removable sub-frame along with a aluninum fairing support. The SS body was tradded in for 999 race body with beautiful gloss black paint. We fitted Mag. Dymags and new rotors which also took a good deal of weight off the stock bike. The engine was built from the crank, including lightened & balanced knife edge crank, Carrillo rods, 1100cc HC pistons, Black Diamond oversized valves, extensive head work with new intake manifolds. The undertail exhaust is by Doug at ARC fab.....there is no better exhaust!!! We hope you get to see the motorcycle at the race track.
