"I have brought my 2010 Ducati GT1000 Sportclassic in for service at Ducati Winchester twice since 2013, once for the 7500 mile service, and recently for an annual service and some suspension work. Both times, Bill and the crew at DucPond have done a masterful job of servicing the bike and recommending upgrades that have transformed my already good GT1000 in to a much more pleasurable bike to ride. The Michelin Pilot Road 2 tires that Nate recommended were a spot-on choice. They have worn well, and the handling is greatly improved. This year, I had new YSS 3-way adjustable rear shocks and some new front fork springs installed that Nate recommended. The stock OEM rear shocks were only adjustable for preload, and the front forks were not adjustable at all. Donnie Unger set the suspension up for my weight, and the bikes' ride and handling was transformed! I could not be happier with the expert service I've received on my Ducati at DucPond! "

"2013 Diavel - 30,000 miles and 13 months later In May 2013, I bought a new 2013 Diavel Chromo from Winchester Ducati. Since then, I have accumulated just over 30,000 miles in 13 months. This mileage consists of daily commutes, long weekend trips, and a 9776-mile cross-country trip. Over this mileage, the bike has been mechanically flawless, always starting right up on demand, with the motor delivering turbine-like power and spooling it out as though it were limitless. Starting with Winchester Ducati, I found the Ducati dealership service network to be very responsive to customer needs and reliable. While on the cross country trip, I made impromptu appointments, with 24 - 48 hours notices, for scheduled routine servicing and new tires. The Diavel is simply an exhilarating and addictive bike to ride, as attested by my mileage over 13 months. The way I see it, more riding is the required therapy for this great affliction. "I went into the shop on a whim after pulling my bike out of short term storage seeking to just get my chain cleaned and adjusted, and to have air put in the tires. The shop went ahead and put me right in for a quick service. The mechanics and staff were very knowledgeable and even noticed the suspension was set way off from the factory and adjusted it for my weight. The bike rides tons better and has way more road feel. "Picked my Panigale up after three months winter storage. Service manager Bill had the bike ready and waiting for me. The bike was in pristine condition, certainly better than I left it. "In May, I bought a new 2013 Diavel Chromo from Duc Pond Ducati. The purchase experience was great, no pressure as I took my time looking at other bikes and checked out three other greater area Ducati dealerships. Looking back six months and 13,000 miles later (Bill can attest to this mileage), I have no regrets. This experience has been great and I have to say that the Diavel is addictive. Duc Pond staff should be locked up for selling addictive products with two wheels; but hey, I am not undergoing any therapy. The way I see it, riding is my undergoing therapy! "
